Software License

We provide one type of license, and it is licensed to a Single Site for Raffles for a Single Organization. You can purchase a license for a development server at the time of purchase of your license. This additional activation is strictly for a development or test server. Occasionally we will conduct an audit of license activations and if additional activations are found to be completely different sites and organizations, you will forfeit your license. If you are a developer using a multi-vendor configuration, then each of your clients will need to have a separate license. Please contact us for special volume pricing.

We reserve the right to deny support and or deactivate your license if you are found to be misusing a license.

Discount and Coupon Codes

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent usage of discount and coupon codes. We provide a discount for LEGITIMATE CERTIFIED CHARITY and NON-PROFIT Organizations in order to help those organizations out. This discount is for legally recognized CHARITY and NON-PROFIT Organizations only. If you have applied for legal status and not yet gotten it, we will accept that. We reserve the right to request proof of your legitimacy to ensure you are in compliance when using those discounts. Any fraudulent usage of a discount code will result in forfeiture of software license with no refunds made.

Customer Support

We try to reply to all customer support queries within the same business day, and next business day if posting on weekends. We have a very good track record of providing excellent customer support. Support is provided through our support ticketing system.

You get free technical support when you purchase the product for the term of support contract purchased. You have access to all the documentation and updates for as long as updates and support is current. Once support and updates have expired, your license key will still work and function, but access to updated versions will be unavailable. We support the plugin for the versions of WordPress and WooCommerce that version was created for. If you have updated WordPress and or WooCommerce and have issues, you will need to update support to get the latest compatible versions of our plugin.

Server Setup

Our WordPress plugins require that you have a properly configured server setup with PHP and MySQL and it is online where it can be accessed using your domain name. In most cases this is something you don’t have to worry about as your web host will provide you with a properly configured server. If you are using some WordPress plugins on your site without any issue then it is safe to assume that our plugins will work fine on your server.

Product Delivery

Our digital products are delivered instantly via email to your inbox. On rare occasions an email can get delayed or missed or it can end up in your junk/spam folder. If you do not receive an email containing the product download links within a few hours after the order, please contact us and we will send you fresh download links.
