HOW IT WORKS

From Install to Winners, on Your Own Site.

WPRaffle turns WooCommerce into a complete raffle system. Set up a raffle, sell tickets through your own checkout, and draw your winners, all from your WordPress dashboard.

THE IDEA IN ONE LINE

Raffles, Built on WooCommerce.

Each raffle is a WooCommerce product category, and the ticket packages inside it (1, 5 or 20 tickets) are products. When an order is paid, WPRaffle issues unique ticket numbers, shows them on the confirmation page and in the email, and lets you draw winners later.

FOR ORGANIZERS

Running a Raffle, Step by Step.

Everything happens under the WPRaffle menu in your WordPress admin.

1

Install & Activate

All editions

Upload the plugin, activate it, and paste your license key from your WPRaffle account. Your raffle features switch on as soon as the key is saved.

2

Create Your Raffle

All editions

The New Raffle wizard builds your raffle and its ticket packages in two steps: first the raffle details, then the packages buyers can choose from.

Name & starting number
Prefix, promo word, order ID
Start & end dates
Packages (1, 5, 20 tickets)

3

Set It Up Your Way

All editions

Each raffle has its own settings: the schedule, how ticket numbers are built, and ticket images and email display. Ticket images print the raffle name and buyer details on a ready-made or custom template.

Skill question / quiz · Gold
50/50 split-the-pot · Gold
Ticket stock & sold-out · Gold
Countdown & progress · Gold
Pick-your-own / random numbers · Platinum

4

Sell Tickets

All editions

Customers buy through your WooCommerce checkout with any payment method you’ve enabled. As soon as an order is paid, WPRaffle issues unique ticket numbers on the order confirmation page and in the order email.

5

Draw Your Winners

All editions

From Select Winners, draw a random winner and watch the numbers roll, or enter a winner you drew offline. Eligible tickets are those sold minus any that already won, so a ticket can never win twice.

6

Publish & Notify

All editions

Email your winners, display them on a page, or publish a live draw page where buyers watch the numbers roll before the winners appear. Export a full CSV of every ticket (buyer, order and number) whenever you need it.
